Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before purchasing or using the Enterprise Church Solution software ("Software", "Service") operated by BagginsHQ and its associates ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, installing, or using the Enterprise Church Solution software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Software.

2. Software License

Upon purchase of the Software for $3,000 USD (plus applicable taxes, currently 16% VAT/Tax), you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The license is granted for a single organization and installation on your hosted server.

The license includes:

• • Right to install and use the Software on your server
• • Access to complete source code
• • Full documentation
• • Customization to your church's requirements (included in purchase)
• • First year of technical support (included)

3. Pricing and Payment

The Software is sold as a one-time lifetime license. Pricing details:

• • Software Cost: $3,000 USD (one-time lifetime purchase)
• • Mobile Application: $1,500 USD (optional, one-time purchase)
• • VAT/Tax: 16% additional - applicable taxes may vary by jurisdiction
• • Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before installation and delivery

4. Technical Support

Technical support is provided according to the following terms:

First Year (Included): Technical support is included free of charge for the first year after purchase.

After First Year: Technical support is available for $500 USD per year, payable in advance.

Support Limitations: Support is limited to software-related issues only. Server infrastructure, hosting, and network issues are not covered.
